It may indeed be difficult to convince many people of the value of chipping in. Then again, you may be surprised. This is what we want to learn, anyway. This is what we want to build. We're looking to do something very new here, something to move us beyond typical philanthropic and investment models. It's certainly unprecedented and unique, and so it will take time to develop it and see if the concept works, if people can think boldly about investing in more than just personal financial returns. We do not intend to water down this concept and turn it into a real estate fund. The idea is to invest directly in human beings, not real estate or any other assets.
